First Floor Villa with Private Pool

The Upper Floor Villa at Mr and Mrs Grey Villas offers a refined hospitality experience combining privacy, contemporary design and premium comfort. Access is provided through a shared main external entrance with separate doorbells for each residence, key box system and remote-controlled garage gate leading to a common private parking area.

Private Outdoor Area

On the left side of the two-storey residence lies the outdoor space of the upper villa, which becomes fully private when the shading curtain is closed. The area features a private swimming pool with an impressive decorative waterfall and multicolour LED lighting adjustable by remote control.

Guests can relax on wooden sun loungers under parasols, enjoy the outdoor shower or make use of the fully equipped BBQ area with sink and small hotel-style refrigerator. A stylish pergola with outdoor dining area creates the perfect setting for relaxation and al fresco dining, surrounded by flowering plants and landscaped greenery.

Living Areas

Access to the villa is via an external staircase with stainless steel railings. At the entrance there is a doorbell and keypad for secure code access.

The spacious living room features a multifunctional sofa, coffee table, fireplace, 55” TV and PlayStation 5 entertainment system. Behind the lounge area, an elegant dining space with hanging lights and decorative mirror enhances the refined ambience. A separate utility room provides washer-dryer, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner and storage space.

A large glass door leads to the spacious balcony equipped with outdoor dining furniture, a relaxation sofa and a hanging nest chair, offering pleasant views of the surroundings.

Kitchen

The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, large refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, sandwich maker, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, mixer and citrus juicer. Complete cookware, tableware and meal preparation equipment are also provided, along with a safe box and first-aid kit.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa includes three comfortable bedrooms.
One bedroom features two single beds that can be joined, bedside tables with wall lamps, dressing table, wardrobe and 32” TV.

The other two bedrooms offer double beds, pendant bedside lighting, dressing tables, TVs and direct access to a shared balcony overlooking the outdoor areas and the ground-floor pool.

Two modern bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and full guest amenities complete the interior layout.

Comfort & Facilities

The entire villa is fitted with ceiling spot lighting and ambient perimeter LED lighting, fan coil cooling-heating system operated via room card, high-speed Wi-Fi and insect screens on all windows and balcony doors. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.
