The Ground Villa with Private Pool at Mr and Mrs Grey Villas is an elegant and spacious accommodation designed to offer a unique holiday experience in Zakynthos. Outdoor Area & Access

After the main entrance and the private parking area, a stylish iron gate framed by flowers leads to the villa’s private outdoor space. A beautifully designed stamped-concrete pathway guides guests towards the residence, while on the left side a landscaped garden with cypress trees, palm trees and flowering plants creates a sense of privacy and natural serenity.

On the right side, guests will find the living room balcony featuring an outdoor dining area and a cozy hanging nest chair, perfect for relaxing moments. Continuing along the pathway, the main entrance of the villa is reached via four elegant steps surrounded by palms and tasteful greenery.

The pool area forms the highlight of the outdoor experience. It features a private swimming pool with a decorative waterfall and atmospheric multicolour LED lighting, comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, side tables and an outdoor shower. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped BBQ area with sink, hotel-style refrigerator, pergola-covered dining area and a ping pong table for leisure and fun.

Living & Dining Area

Entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a stylish and spacious living room equipped with a multifunctional table, a 55” smart TV and a PlayStation 5 entertainment system. A large balcony door provides direct access to the outdoor balcony. At the other end of the space, an elegant dining area with decorative mirror and modern lighting fixtures creates a refined atmosphere.

The contemporary kitchen features a bar counter with high stools and is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, window above the sink, safe box, first-aid kit and all necessary cooking utensils and electrical appliances for a comfortable stay.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa offers three beautifully designed bedrooms.
The first bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined into a double, bedside tables with wall lights, dressing table, wardrobe and a 32” TV. It also features a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In addition, a separate concealed area includes a washer-dryer, laundry basket, drying rack, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

On the other side of the dining area, a small hallway leads to two additional bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), bedside tables with pendant lighting, dressing table, wardrobe and 32” TV. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large balcony doors open to a shared balcony overlooking the pool area, with steps providing direct access to the outdoor space.

Facilities & Comfort

Throughout the villa, guests enjoy ceiling spot lighting and ambient LED perimeter lighting, fan coil cooling and heating system, high-speed internet connection and numerous electrical outlets and light switches. For enhanced safety, the property is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and emergency exit indicators.

Access doors can be operated via key, security code or electronic card system. All windows are fitted with insect screens. Baby cot and high chair are available in both villas upon request.
